Gold star is my #1 store very nice guys very respectful and treat you like family it's the only store I can go into that if I have a bad day they will lift my spirits I give them 5stars cuz they deserve it very hard working people

Rick and Nick the owners are always there very friendly and knowledgeable this is the corner store where you always want to go because they make you feel welcomed and even take the time to get to know you by name even know what my kids names are

Straight up place my only advice I'd just easy how you say your not paying ebt, because it was straight up Lil sensitive, I always do cash. Ya know just be straight but easy. . ..... .there's always a right way. Love your varieties on tobacco smoke products.

Always stop at that store when I’m in Bristol. Jamie hughes has a great personality and treats customers as family and friends. Even when I’m driving the opposite direction, I could go to other stores, I always go there. I tell all my friends get your supplies at gold star on state street. Jamie is the best.

I think this place is great however at first I wasn't gonna give them a shot because I loved the old store and lots of folks that worked there and we spoke on a daily basis for years, ya know? But luckily I Just kept hearing good things so I went and now lots of my friends and family go here and it's great and they have machines and lots of awesome products and just the best friendly patient, happy, helpful folks. Fairly priced and wide selections. Also I just saw a review about the homeless its been nothing but better since these folks took over bc before it was horrible but it's a real issue all over the downtown area. I'm sure they do the best they can to do to keep them run off and look out for the ones that are harmless just ya know not quite right. So I dunno about what that one review is about and no one's ever charged me extra, sold me something that wasn't real and if I open a product infront of them and if there is an issue they make it right 🤔 regardless. Odd to hear that about this place, honestly.

Absolutely spectacular! Great variety of smoke and vapors, and plenty of snacks/drinks for after work. (I work later and often don't have time to pick up food anywhere else.). They're extremely helpful and understanding, not judging anybody by their background. Everyone is equal here. Excellent staff too!!

Cheapest cigarette proces in town. The staff is always friendly and fast. They usually have my smokes already rung up before I get to the register AJ, on the night shift is the best! He needs to be back on the day shift so I see him more.
